Rochester - Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 1, 2024 at the age of 77.
Predeceased by her parents, Joseph & Lillian Werth.
She is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Tom; daughters, Kristi Moore & Amy (John) Bateman; grandchildren, John, Connor (Jess), Drew, & Owen Bateman; brother, David Werth; many nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
Joanne was a kind hearted woman who always put others first. She loved to travel with her beloved husband, Tom, and spend time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. She loved going to musical theatre, watching The Sound of Music, and following John Denver from show to show. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
Family will receive friends 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm Monday, January 8, 2024 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Her Funeral Mass will be held 9:30 am, January 9, 2024 at St. Charles Borromeo, 3003 Dewey Avenue.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Alzheimer's Association OR URMC Hospice Care
