Passed away on September 18, 2026 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by his parents, Francis Flagg & Barbara Keldorf.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Flagg; son, Mitchell (Michele) Flagg; grandchildren, Madaleine and Matthew; sisters, Pamela Flagg and Candice (Mike) Moreland; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 6th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Service will follow at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Terry's honor to: Veterans Outreach Center, 447 South Ave, Rochester, NY 14620.
