He was predeceased by his daughter, Janice Lee Ryan.
He is survived by his wife, Mary J. Ryan; son and daughter-in-law, Shawn T. (Karen) Ryan; daughters and sons-in-law, Trina (Dale) Cook and Tara (Michael) Young; grandchildren, Michael, Timothy, Gracie, Connor, Ryan, Brady and Amethyst (Tyler); great-grandchildren, Carter and Leah.
John was a U.S. Marine Veteran of the Korean War.
The family will receive friends Saturday, January 4th from 11AM-12Noon, at New Comer Funeral Home 2636 Ridgeway Ave. where his Service will be held at 12noon. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery.
