Gates: Passed Monday, February 1, 2016 at age 90. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary and grandson, Logan. He is survived by his sons, John III (Shannon), Thomas; grandchildren, Kyle, Max, Austin, Sierra, Lillyana; sister, Carol Reeves and nieces and nephews. John was a United States Navy Veteran who proudly served his country during WWII.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 9th from 5-8PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 10AM. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
