Suddenly Thursday December 10, 2020.
Predeceased by his partner of 30 years: Scott Miller. Parents: John and Dorothy Koch.
Survived by his sisters: Lorraine (David) LaForce, Susan (Phil) Koch, Mary (Jim) Przybylek.
Brothers: James Koch, Robert Koch, Michael (Lisa) Koch, Richard (Julie) Koch. Many nieces and nephews, dear friends.
Neil was very charismatic, outgoing, loving brother and friend. He was a hair stylist his entire life operating a shop in Cape Coral Fl including NYC. He touched many lives during his career. He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.
No prior calling hours. Services and interment will be private. In memory of Neil, friends may make contributions to their favorite animal shelter.
