Greece: Passed peacefully at home Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at age 69. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 39 years, Jean; son, Vincent (Beth) Agnone; daughter, Renee' (Brad) DeLaCroix; grandchildren, Olivia and Grace Agnone; sister, Rosemary (Charles) "Ben" Lundy, Ann Marie Hendershot and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to John's cousin Russ and Kathy Giunta for the constant support and vigil during this trying time. The family also extends a thank you to the Lipson Cancer Center for the remarkable care given to John during his illness.
The family will receive friends Friday, February 18 from 4-8 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where a Memorial Service will be held Saturday at 11 AM. Private Interment. Memorial contributions may be directed to Lipson Cancer, 1425 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14621.
