Passed peacefully Friday, January 9, 2015, at age 76. He was predeceased by his wife, Seiko; his parents, Samuel and Josephine (Bruno) Jelfo; brother, Raymond. He is survived by his sons, John Jelfo Jr. (Wendy
Zippi), James (Eileen) Jelfo; grandchildren, Stephen (Liz), Adam, Jessica, Joanna, Daniel (Jamie) Parrini, Nicholas, Ashley, Rachel, and Matthew; great-grandchildren, Kendalyn, Sienna; his brothers, Donald (Nancy), Michael (Joyce); nieces, Jeanette, Anita, Jessica & nephew, Mark.
John was a United States Air Force veteran and a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co.
There will be no prior calling hours. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January 17 at 10 AM at Trinity Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 761 Elmgrove Rd. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Hospice of Rochester Lifetime Care, 3111 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14623.
