He is survived by his sister-in-law, Josie Schug and several nieces and nephews.
Jack was an army veteran and a Kodak retiree.
His Funeral Mass will be held Friday at 10AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 2400 West Ridge Rd, Rochester. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
