Tuesday, January 30, 2007 at age 40. He is survived by his fiance, Sherry Newland; sons, Cody and Casey; father, Michael Torok and mother, Cheyenne (David) Rice; brother, Danny; nephew, Danny Jr.; many friends & extended family.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Saturday 3-4 PM at City Church 210 E. Main St., Batavia, NY. All are invited to a reception immediately following the Service at South Byron Fire Hall, Route 237. Contributions may be directed to the family.
