Rochester: Passed unexpectedly Thursday, December 30, 2010 at age 24. Predeceased by his grandmas, Annie Giordano and Elizabeth Sailer. He is survived by his parents, Joanne and Bill; son Jonathan; grandparents, Marie and Ken Kulzer, Mary and Carl Columbo; aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Joe was a graduate of Brockport High School.
Family will receive friends 5-8 PM Tuesday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. where a Memorial Service will be held 10 AM Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Volunteers of America, 214 Lake Ave., Rochester, NY 14608 or The Open Door Mission, PO Box 14236, Rochester, NY 14608.
