Rochester: February 8, 2015 at age 74. He was predeceased by his son, John La Cava; parents, Joseph and Catherine La Cava; sisters, Irene Mirabella and Ann Larsen. Survived by his loving wife, Ginny (Covard) La Cava; sons, Joseph (Jane) La Cava and James (Leanne) La Cava; daughter, Annie (Jason) Butcher (La Cava); grandchildren, Joseph Butcher, Alex Butcher, Parker Mai La Cava, Porter La Cava, Vincent La Cava, Jonathan La Cava and AJ Butcher; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Elaine and Rick Covard; nieces and nephews Michael Mirabella, Peter Mirabella, Christine Kozlowski, Cathy Lippa, Rick, Covard, Randy Covard, and Amanda Covard; and many great nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may call Friday, February 13th 5-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. His Memorial Service will follow at 7PM.
