Passed away on August 9th, 2017 at the age of 56.
Predeceased by his, parents Joseph and Anastazja Janiak.
He is survived by his sisters, Christine Toms, Lorie Dzielski (Ted Kokkoris); nieces, Stacey O'Hara, Anne Marie Perry, Sarah Dzielski; nephews, James (Kim) O'Hara and Phillip Dzielski, along with many great nieces, nephews and beloved cats. Family will receive friends from 4PM - 7PM followed by a service at 7PM on Friday August 25th, 2017 at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Boulevard.
