Joseph Manuel

Rochester: Unexpectedly passed peacefully and went home to his Savior Jesus Christ April 4th 2015.

Predeceased by his father, Frank; mother, Rose; brothers, Sandy and Ronald; sister, Diane and nephew, Joseph.

He is survived by his brother, Peter (Kimberly); nephews, Michael and Ronald; great nephew and nieces, Michael, Erikka and Lyndsay; aunt, Jean McDonald; many cousins and friends.

Joe was a graduate of Jefferson High School, Class of 1975. He was a musician who was recognized and respected as an accomplished harmonica player. He played with many local bands, was sought out for numerous recording sessions and had the privilege of meeting and playing with some of the famous musicians he looked up to and was inspired by.

He was also a vintage car enthusiast who could tell you the year of a classic car just by looking at the tail lights.

He operated his own telecommunications\data network business and was known for his meticulous work. Joe will be sadly missed by his remaining family and many friends who will always remember his smile and sense of humor.


Family will receive friends Friday April 17th, 6-9 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. His Funeral service will be held Saturday April 18th at 9:30AM at Faith to Faith Fellowship Church, 319 Browncroft Blvd. Interment, Falls Cemetery.
