Bonadio, Joseph S.
Webster: Passed suddenly and peacefully September 24, 2012 at age 65. Predeceased by his parents, Giovanni and Filomena Bonadio; and brother, Michael Bonadio. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Ann; daughter, Phyllis "Mic" (Michael Pappert); son, John (Jessica) Bonadio; grandsons, Joseph Durrant, John Pappert, Justin Bonadio; sisters, Maria Novelli, Matilde Sgro, Yolanda Maloney, Cristina Dewhurst; several nieces, nephews and relatives in Italy.
Joe was generous in heart and spirit, beloved father and "Papu" to his children and grandchildren. He was a rock for every one around him. Joe emmigrated with his family in 1959 from Platania, Calabria, Italy. A self-made man, he built his residential construction business from the ground up.
Family will receive friends 4-8 PM Friday at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday at St. Paul's Church, 783 Hard Road, Webster. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Since one of Joe's grandchildren was recently diagnosed with Autism the family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to:
