Predeceased by his wife, Erdine.
He is survived by his children, JD (Kathy), Tom (Colleen), Larry (Carol), & Sallie (Frank) Johnston; grandchildren, Courtney Lewis, Mary (David) Istre, Laura, Troy, Kelly, Madyson, Gavin, Colin, Joe, Sarah, & Christopher; 5 great-grandchildren; brother, Dave (Dot); sister-in-law, Diane Kenitzer; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends 1 - 3 PM Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where his Memorial Service will follow at 3:00 PM.
