Passed away on September 27, 2018 at the age of 92.
Predeceased by her beloved husband, Forest; 4 sisters & 4 brothers.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara (Chester) Burrs; granddaughters, Rebecca (Tommy) Gordon & Sabrina Zazzara; great-grandchildren, Hayden, Max, & Mila; many nieces, nephews including special nephew, Jimmy Bentley, & dear friends.
She will be laid to rest beside her loving husband in her home state of Kentucky.
Passed away on September 27, 2018 at the age of 92.
