Juanita Marrone

Juanita Marrone, Rochester, NY, passed away in the loving presence of her daughters on May 23, 2026 at the age of 82.

Predeceased by her husband of 41 years, Anthony Marrone; and her siblings, Julia Miller, Anita Bueno, Lydia Garcia, and Arthur Peña.

She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly (Gary) Jones and Elizabeth (William Child) Gimeli; grandchildren, Raymond, Jennifer, Lorenzo, and Gabriella; great-grand-children, Isabella and Ariella; siblings, Sally Watters and Betty Garibay; beloved friend, Gerry; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Juanita was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed spending time with family, crocheting, music especially Jazz, shopping at Macy's and annual visits to the Lilac Festival. Juanita's love was unconditional and she would give all she could to anyone in need.

Family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 - 1PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A graveside service will be held immediately after at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave.
