Greece: Passed peacefully Friday, March 23, 2012 at age 73. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 51 years, Carolyn; sons, William Rivera, Hugh "Kelly" Gaspar, Timothy (Cathy) Gaspar, Johnnie (Natalie) Peevey; daughters, Sandra (Don) Weagley, Cindy (Wade) Ingerick & Wendy Cymerman; 17 grand children, 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Lois Long, Janie Peevey; brothers, Arthur & Gilbert; niece & nephew Amaris, Jeremy & many other nieces, nephews & family members in Texas. He was predeceased by his parents, Billy & Dora Peevey; sister, Maxine Sims; brothers, Bud, Earl, Tommy & Will.

The family will receive friends, Tuesday, March 27, from 6-8PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue, where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11AM. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to Pluta Cancer Center or to VNS Hospice.
