Katherine A. "Kay" Vullo
Passed away on Wednesday, May 18th, 2011 at the age of 71 following a short illness. Kay was born in Newark, NY on February 23, 1940 to Sidney and Katherine (Keating) Lush. She graduated from Clifton Springs High School in 1957 and from the Rochester Business Institute. She worked as a Medical Secretary at the West Avenue Medical Center and following its closing worked in the Occupational Medicine Department at the University of Rochester. Kay was a great people person and could entertain with stories both old and new.
Kay is survived by her son, Thomas of New York City; brother, Thomas (Linda) of Geneva, NY; niece, Heather of CA; and nephew, Todd of Phelps, NY; many cousins and close friends.
Friends may call from 1-4 PM on Saturday, May 21st at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd (corner of Empire and Culver), where her Funeral Ceremory will follow calling hours at 4 PM. Interment at St. Agnes Cemetery in Clifton Springs, NY.
