ROCHESTER - Passed away on March 11th 2021 at age 65. Predeceased by her beloved mother Margaret Koons Stevens. Survived by her husband of 42 years, John Ritzel; brothers, David Koons, Jimmy Koons of Mexico, MO. & Thomas Koons; sister, Patricia (Robert II) Babcock and several nieces & nephews.
Family & friends may visit from 11AM - 1PM on Tuesday, March 16th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where Kathy's Funeral Service will be held immediately following at 1PM. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.
