Passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 51 years old.
Keith "Doug" is predeceased by his father Luke.
He is survived by his mother, Virginia, sons, William and Zachary, and daughter, Alexandria.
Sister, Lisa (David) Pettine, brother James (Marcie) Boyce. Mother of his children Shamim Boyce. Nieces, nephews and grand nephews.
His memorial Service will be held Monday at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave at 10am at All Saints Mausoleum Chapel.
