Passed surrounded by family on August 16, 2017 at the age of 48.
Predeceased by father, Thomas R. Worthy; grandparents, Frank and Mabel Worthy; aunt, Jeanne Johnston.
Survived by loving wife, Patricia Worthy; daughter, Lauren Marie Worthy; mother, Dorothy Worthy; sister, Michelle Worthy; and nephew, Matthew Wisley.
Keith had a great passion for Walt Disney World especially Donald Duck. Proud dance dad.
Visitation will be Tuesday, August 22, from 4-7pm with services being held, August 23, at 10am, at New Comer funeral home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Interment to follow. In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Liver Foundation in Keith's memory.
