Rochester: April 13, 2011 at the age of 58. Predeceased by his parents, Chester and Helen Chizuk. Survived by his son, Kenneth (Lisa) Chizuk II; grandson, Max; and special friends the caring staff at Monroe Community Hospital.
Friends may call Sunday, April 17th from 3-5 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Monroe Community Hos¬pital.
