Kiara was born on August 27, 2003, in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in Rochester, NY. She was a bright, expressive girl ever since she was little. As a child, she became involved in dance, gymnastics, art, and volleyball; she enjoyed meeting people and trying new things.
Graduating from World of Inquiry School 58 in 2021, she began finding her passion in life. Her ambition led her to pursue nursing and receive her CNA program certification of completion May 29, 2025. Her enthusiasm for drawing gave her the dream of becoming a tattoo artist. In the months leading up to her passing on July 11th, 2025, at age 21, she was doing what she loved most: tattooing those who trusted her. Art crafted by her gentle hands and creative mind lives on those she loved. Her loving spirit, unforgettable smile, laughter, and beautiful soul will live on in our memories.
All her family and friends cherished her. Being the angel she was, her spark, determination, and kindness were persistent and adored. The shining light of our lives has set, and in twilight, she will be the brightest star. We love and miss you.
Kiara is predeceased by her grandfathers, Felipe Rivera and Joaquin Farina. She is survived by her loving parents, Carmen and Carlos Coello; her beloved sister, Katherine Coello; her grandmothers, Marcia Rivera and Antonia Estevez; her adored cats Pigeon and Hazel; and many loving friends and family.
