Kimberly A. Frankenberger

November 11, 1963 — July 20, 2019

Kimberly Ann Frankenberger (Albright) 55, passed away peacefully at her home in Rochester, NY on Saturday July 20, 2019. Kim was born in Altoona, PA on November 11, 1963. She was proud to have placed second in a beautiful baby contest (should have been first place!). She went to Altoona area high school before relocating to Sanford, FL, where she met her adoring husband, Brian. She married in Rochester, NY on a perfect summer day, August 6, 1988.

The couple relocated to Rochester, NY, where Kim was a crossing guard with the Rochester police department. She loved protecting the children as they crossed the streets (they loved her back!) Kim was also employed at Nukote International and did Home Healthcare, where Kim was able to use her compassion and kindness to help others.

Kim loved life! She especially loved Mountain Dew, Cannabis, and taking naps (expert at napping!) She loved ghost hunting in Gettysburg, PA. Kim loved taking rides and spending time with her husband of 31 years, cooking for her family and rooting for the Steelers. She was a lover of all animals, but her favorite thing in the whole world was spending time with her family especially her sons, Eric and Todd, and her lifelong best friend Pam Kinkade.

Her father Virgil M. Albright predeceased Kim in death, her beloved dog, Crazy, her grandmother, Dolly Albright, and her aunt, Louise Albright.

Kim is survived by her husband, Brian L. Frankenberger, of Rochester, NY, her sons Eric M. Albright (Rachel) of Raleigh, NC and Todd Rutherford (Stacey Edmonds) Rochester, NY. Her Mother Carol Albright of Altoona, PA, her sister, Heidi Dixon (Jeff) of Altoona, PA. as well as numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

No services will be held at Kim's request (please drink a Mountain Dew in her honor!)

Her ashes will be spread at her childhood home as well as her home in Rochester. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to a charity that was close to Kim's heart, Lollypop Farm Animal Adoption Center @lollypop.org
