Klaus was born in Germany and came to the United States in 1974.
Predeceased by his parents Gerhard and Herta Zwinger, and brother Bernd.
He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Monika, his children, Christine (Anthony) Mineo and Eric (Connie) Zwinger. Grandchildren, Elizabeth, Arianna, Consandra, Seairra, Lily and Tangie.
Brother-in-law Peter (Linda) Haude and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Saturday 10am to 12 noon at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. where his service will be held at 12 noon.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
Private interment.
