Passed away unexpectedly on December 21st 2021 at age 66. Predeceased by her daughter, Crystal Kuhn; brother, Andrew Basch; parents, Joan & Edward Hettler. Survived by her husband of 47 years, Roger Kuhn; children, Michele Kunisch; Wendy (Dominic) Lettieri; step-son, Mark (Melissa) Kuhn; many grandchildren & great grandchildren; along with sisters, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Calling Hours will be held from 4-7 PM on Monday, December 27th at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave., where Leann's Funeral Service will be celebrated following at 7PM.
