Rochester: 11/5/1920-11/5/2011. Surrounded by his loving family at the age of 91. Survived by Elizabeth, his loving wife of 65 years; his children, Noreen Burlaka (Mike), Veronica Balconi (Robert), Leanna Meisenzahl (Ronald), Mary Meisenzahl (Edwin), Kevin O'Hare (Teresa), Kathleen Kaluau (Larry), Margaret O'Hare (Ranaletta), Elizabeth Reome (T.J.), Michael O'Hare (Karen); 22 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.
Leo was a proud member of Local 13 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union. Our family would like to thank the staff at the Heritage & VNS Hospice for all the skilled, compassionate and loving care they provided to our father. Our family is very grateful to all of you.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, November 8 at 9 AM at the Chapel at St. Ann's Home. Private family Interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to St. Ann's Community Foundation at 1500 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14621 or VNS Hospice at 2180 Empire Blvd., Rochester, NY 14580.
