Gates: Passed peacefully surrounded by loving family on Monday, April 27, 2015 at age 81. Predeceased by loved siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Devoted mother to daughter, Kathy (Michael) Van Allen; grandmother to beloved grandchildren, Brian (Jennifer) and Brendon (Jessica) Van Allen; much loved family; sister, Ruth Harmasz; sister-in-law, Florence Mulley; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Her humorous way and generous spirit were endearing to so many.
Family will receive friends 10AM-12PM Friday at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Followed by an Interment at Fairfield Cemetery, 310 S. Union St., Spencerport.
A Gathering will be held at 2PM followed by a Memorial Service at 3PM Saturday, May 2nd at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 52 Ingress Park, Rochester, NY 14606.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Rochester.
