Linda E Nobles, was born to the late Joseph & Ida Coleman on June 22nd, 1946. She departed this earthy life on Wednesday April 14th, 2026.
Linda grew up in Rochester Ny with family ties to Canandaigua and Cape May. Linda received her high school education from East High School where she soon after married Lawrence Nobles Sr., and started a family, She later worked at canfield & tack printing for many years.
Linda leaves to cherish her memories her children Laura Travis (Eula Reed) Kimberly McCray (Olden McCray) Christine Nobles (Jackson Perkins, Mahogany Stewart (Richard Stewart) Honorary children Shannon Ross, Lawrence Nobles, and Michael Nobles (Vernee Nobles) .
Grandchildren… Lacretia Foster (Julian Foster) Mark Garfield (Shar Garfield) Jayquan Garfield, John Trott ( Ashley Trott) Shaquille McCray( Maggie McCray) Jasmyn Fields, Alexys Trott, Michael Campbell, Jordan Campbell (Ester Mu) Christan Stewart, Amani McCray, Nayla Nobles, Honorary Candice Laster, Kai Jane Mack and Michael Nobles Jr.
Great grandchildren…. AryAnna Young, Marquis Garfield, Nailuj Foster, Naomi Foster, Jayden Garfield, Mya Garfield, Sophia Trott, Imperial Wright, Amara Garfield, Ishaan Fields, Luca Trott, Julianna Foster, and Baby girl McCray, Honorary Kadence Moore, Kai Jane Mack and Michael Nobles Jr.
Siblings predeceased…. Joseph Coleman Sr., Sandra Lofton, Gary Coleman Sr., Theodore Coleman. Siblings… Patricia Coleman, Jean Dorsey, Dennis Coleman (Lee Coleman), Anthony Coleman (Tobisa Coleman) Tracy Coleman, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Linda enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Her hobbies include word search, solitary, jigsaw puzzles, baking, sewing, traveling (cruising). Linda still enjoyed watching her soap opera General Hospital. Linda often helped Mahogany with her event business. Linda also enjoyed people watching and going for long drives. Linda in her early ages would enjoy going to the public market and visiting with her aunt Phoebe & Uncle George, something she later enjoyed doing with her children. Linda loved morning coffee with family and friends.
The family will receive friends 10-12pm Thursday April 23, 2026 at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd. (corner of Culver Rd.) Funeral services will begin promptly at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment is private.
