Lionel Andalo

Passed away on May 10, 2025 at the age of 89.

Predeceased by his wife, Catherine R. Andalo; parents, Joseph & Kit Andalo.

He is survived by his son, Jason Andalo; many nieces, nephews, cousins & good friends.

He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman who fly-fished and shot upland birds. He fished in Canada and Ireland for Atlantic Salmon, on the storied chalk streams of England, the Catskills and local streams for trout, plus the Bahamas for bone fish. He traveled widely to hunt grouse and woodcock over his own Field Springers a breed that he had for over forty-five years. He was a member of the Philp Garbut Club and Rochester Brooks Gun Club. He enjoyed jazz, reading and drinking martinis. He had a good life...a damn good life!

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 16th from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Inurnment at the convenience of the family, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
