Predeceased by her parents, Harold & Mildred Jacobs; infant son, Brian.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, David "Howie"; children, David P. Moore & Amy Brake; grandchildren, Samuel & Addison Brake; brother, Robert Jacobs; many nieces, nephews, & cousins.
Her Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday May 6, 2021 at St. Marks Church, 54 Kuhn Road.
