Loretta E. Greening

Loretta E. Greening passed away peacefully on July 1st, 2026, at the age of 93. Born in Cleveland, Ohio on April 10, 1933, she is preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Emma Worrells. She is also predeceased by her husband, David Greening Jr.; her children, John Stormm, Leslie Mulley, and David Greening III; her siblings, John Worrells, Mary Nagilc, Molly Abbott, Evelyn Mitchell, and Edward Worrells.

She is survived by her children, Linda (Bill) Sigwalt, LuAnn (Dennis) Scanio; her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

Loretta was a social butterfly and loved spending time talking with everyone around her and getting to know them. Wherever she was living, she always helping out her neighbors and ensuring they felt a sense of community and inclusion. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother to more than just her own family. 

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Salvation Army in her memory.
