Rochester: Passed peacefully Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at age 61. She was predeceased by her father, Nicholas Rouse. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 35 years, David; mother, Mary Rouse; children, Lisa (Don) Lehman and Mark. For over 20 years, Lorraine was the Childcare Director of St. John Newman School, St. John the Evangelist School and a member of Peace of Christ Parish. She will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, daughter, best friend and confidant to all who knew her and will be dearly, dearly missed. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Unity Hospital, Golisano 2700 Unit for the exceptional care given to Lorraine during her stay.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, February 14th from 4-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 AM at Peace of Christ Parish at St. John the Evangelist Church, 549 Humboldt St. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations in Lorraine's name may be directed to the American Cancer Society, 1120 Goodman St. South, Rochester, NY 14620 or to the Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450.
