Greece: Feb. 5, 1939 - Sept. 26, 2014. He was predeceased by parents, Joseph and Rachel; sisters, Lucy Skillaci, Madeline Fantauzzo, Angelina O'Hara; brothers, Charles LaRocca and Joseph LaRocca Jr. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Joyce; his sons, James (Wendy), Louis (Diane); sisters, Rose Benham, Genevieve Bertolone, Mary Cucinotti (Roger), Christina LaRocca, Liz (James) Toohey, Virginia Pascarella, Julia Szymkuc; brothers, Edward (Pat), Paul (Josephine); grandchildren, Valerie (Bryce) Johnson, Lindsay (Shawn) Parslow, Natalie (Mike) Wegman, Samantha (Alphonse A.) Sasso, Alexandra, Madeline, Olivia; 9 great-grandchildren; many loving nieces, and nephews. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 1, 4-8 PM at the New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd., where Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 10 AM. Interment with full military honors at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Wilmot Cancer Center.
