Passed suddenly April 2, 2023 at the age of 64.
Predeceased by his son, Louis C. Kelly Jr. & parents, Sam & Mirna Kelly.
Survived by his wife, Jackqueline Williams; son Earl Kelly; granddaughters, Layana & E'niylah; siblings, Caroline Charbonneau, Sam J. Kelly Jr., Edward A. Kelly, & Anamarie Kelly; a host of nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.
Louis attended Madison high school but transferred and graduated from East Ridge High school in 1976 He proudly served with the Army & boxed professional while in the service. Louis worked plumbing with Carl Polisseni for many years working on many places in Rochester, NY.
He loved to joke and laugh he was a positive happy person. Louis enjoyed being physical & playing practical jokes. Most of all he loved his family.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 9th from 10AM-12PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Blvd.
