Passed away Saturday, January 9, 2016 at the age of 54.
Predeceased by her father, Danilo Pena.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Falk; mother, Gladis Ortiz; children, Rayda (Peter), Efrain (Beth) and Adam; grandson, Lou; several brothers and sisters; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist Church, 60 Martha St., Spencerport, NY.
