Rochester: Passed on Tuesday, March 13th, 2012 at age 90. She is predeceased by her son; John Montante, husbands; John Montante Sr. and Frank Skillaci, brother; Charles (Mildred) LaRocca, sister; Angelina (Jerome) O'Hara, parents; Joseph & Rachael LaRocca. Survived by daughter; Carol (John) Donnelly, Son; David (Janet) Montante, grandchildren; John (Kimberly) Donnelly, Michael (Hope) Donnelly, David & Brian Montante, Eric (Kimberly) Park, great-grandchildren; Nicholas, Matthew, Anthony, Samantha, Dante, stepdaughters; Clara Massare, Carmella Tantalo, Jeanette (Douglas) Park, sisters; Madeline Fantauzzo, Rose Benham, Genevieve Bertolone, Mary (Roger) Cucinotti, Christina LaRocca, Elizabeth (James) Toohey, Virginia (John) Pascarella, Julia (Bob) Szymkuc, brothers; Edward (Patricia), Joseph Jr., Louis (Joyce), Paul (Josephine) LaRocca, numerous nieces & nephews, special friends and care givers.
Lucy was a member of the Sweden Senior Center, St. Jude Senior Center, and the Sweden Swingers band where she played the accordion.
Family and friends may call on Sunday, March 18th from 1-5 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 2636 Ridgeway Ave. Her Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM on Monday at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 4100 Lyell Road, Rochester, 14606. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
