Lynn A. Pease

Lynn A. Pease, 72, of Avon, NY, passed away on Monday Sept 1, 2025 in Highland Hospital.

A New York State resident his entire life, he was born October 5, 1952, in Dunkirk, NY, son of the late Charles Louis and Jessie Ames Pease.

Lynn was a graduate of Brocton Central School in Brocton, NY. Before his retirement in 2008, he was employed by the New York State Department of Transportation as an Engineer, where he served in various capacities, retiring as the Region 4 Regional Permit Engineer. He was an active member of the Loyal Order of Moose 2990 in Henrietta, Member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council for the Wilmont Cancer Center and the Patient Advisory Council at Strong Memorial Hospital.

Surviving is his wife of 54 years, Sharon Morello Pease, whom he married March 13, 1971; two sons, Brian (Heather) Pease of Rochester, NY, and Kevin (Hillary) Pease of Jesup, GA.; 7 grandchildren; Devon, Rhianna, Anthony, Benjamin, Jacob, Carter and Tucker and 2 great grandchildren, Emery and Daniel.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Louis (Corky) and sisters: Sandra, Sherry and Sheila.
