Passed peacefully surrounded by family on September 15, 2022 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by her husband, Austin B. Hazlett; siblings, Donald Gartz, Richard Gartz, Raymond Gartz, Norman Gartz, Ronnie Gartz, & Millie Gartz.
Survived by her children, Kitty Pratt, Edward (Michelle) Hazlett, Donald (Lisa) Hazlett, Richard Hazlett, Tammy (Tom) Hazlett; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, & 1 great great grandson; sister in law, Marion Gartz; many nieces, nephews, other family, & friends; & Freddy the freeloading Squirrel & Sassy Marie her beloved dog.
Muttzy made everyone feel safe and welcome. She was a mother to the neighborhood. She was a hard worker.
Calling hours will be Tuesday September 20, 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Burial will be September 21, 10am at Riverside Cemetery.
