Rochester:
Was called home on October 11th, 2018 at the age of 58.
Predeceased by her parents, Pablo and Rosa DeJesus; siblings, Maria and Tony DeJesus. She is survived by her loving children, Lisette DeJesus, Edwin Colon and Veronica (Shawndell) Pitts; 12 grand children; 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, Miguel, Perdo, Frank, Lydia and Carmen DeJesus along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family will receive friends from 5PM- 8PM on Tuesday October 16th 2018 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 6 Empire Boulevard. A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday October 17th at 10 AM at Holy Apostles Church, 7 Austin St, Rochester, NY 14606. Interment at Riverside Cemetery.
