Fairport: Devoted wife of the late Donald B. Vitale, mother of Steven D. Vitale, passed away suddenly July 4, 2012 at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Born in Rochester, NY to the late Peter and Jennie Saverino, she was the middle of 3 children.
She was predeceased by her sister, Saralee Skelly.
In 1950, she married Donald Vitale, they had one son, Steven D. Vitale.
Marie was a long standing member of the Penfield-Perinton Kiwanis Genataska (Women's Kiwanis), a devoted wife, homemaker and loving mother.
Survived by her son Steven, her brother Frank Saverino, brother-in-law Ralph (Amy) Vitale and her many nieces; Mary Kay Fantuzzo, Elizabeth Saverino, Kathy Sherman, Toni Glasbergen, Donna Vitale, Mary Terry and many cousins.
Entombment, White Haven Memorial Park.
