She is survived by her children, Michael Hart & Jeff (Sabrina) Hart; grandchildren, Tyler & Makayla; siblings, Carol Howe, Debra (David) Rizzari, Barbara Buckalew & Charles Howe; sister-in-law, Linda VanSickle; several nieces & nephews.
