Suddenly, November 21, 2012. He is predeceased by his mother Gail. He is survived by his father Carmen, his daughter Alivia Chivaro. Brothers, David (Cheryl) & Jeff (Lori) Chivaro. Nephew Brandon, Aunt Pat Palumbo, Uncle Ted Sams & close cousins, Kevin Dornan & Kelly Roethel as well as, special cousins and many caring friends.
The family would like to send a special Thank You to Matt's friends at O'Callaghans Bar and Roam's Cafe.
Donations may be made to the Alivia Chivaro College Fund, for more information contact RDornan@angeloplanninggroup.com or in Matt's name to P.A.W.S. (Providing Animal Welfare Services) P.O. Box 64602 Rochester, NY 14624. Burial service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
