Suddenly, November 21, 2012. He is predeceased by his mother Gail. He is survived by his father Carmen, his daughter Alivia Chivaro. Brothers, David (Cheryl) & Jeff (Lori) Chivaro. Nephew Brandon, Aunt Pat Palumbo, Uncle Ted Sams & close cousins, Kevin Dornan & Kelly Roethel as well as, special cousins and many caring friends.
The family would like to send a special Thank You to Matt's friends at O'Callaghans Bar and Roam's Cafe.
