Rochester: September 20, 2012 at age 81 after a long illness. Mert was predeceased by his parents, Emidio and Maria. Survived by children, David (Yuexian), Vicki (Mark) Charbonneau, Brian (Odell) and Mary (Donald) DuPont; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren, sisters, Rose Harrigan and Helen (Sam) Ross; many extended family members; very special friend, Arrie Williamis; and many friends.
Mert was a retiree of Eastman Kodak and had a construction business for many years.
Friends and family may attend his Funeral Mass on Saturday October 6, 2012 at 10 am at Holy Cross Church, 4492 Lake Ave. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
