Predeceased by his parents, Nick and Betty Chudyk; and his brother, Edward Chudyk.
He is survived by his siblings, Shirley (Richard) Rowland, Nicholas (Tricia) Chudyk, Elizabeth (Richard)Lobdell, John (Kristine) Chudyk, Robert (Lesa) Chudyk, James Chudyk, and Timothy (Nancy) Chudyk; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
