Rochester: Friday, January 27, 2012 at age 86. He is predeceased by his first wife, Rosemary; son, David and numerous brothers and sisters. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 34 years, Eleanor; children, Michael, Carol Ford, James (Janis), Gary (Maria), Wayne (Tracy), Adrianne, Mary; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; brother, Sam (Nancy) and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Thursday, February 2 from 10 AM -1 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 6 Empire Blvd. where Funeral Services will immediately follow Calling Hours at 1 PM. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the National Kidney Foundation.
