Michael K. MacLean "Mac"

Michael MacLean, beloved brother and cherished uncle, departed this life peacefully on August 23, 2026. Preceded in death by his parents, Norman and Rose MacLean, and his brother, Patrick MacLean, Mike leaves a legacy of warmth and camaraderie.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Marilyn MacLean; nieces, Mary Ellen Swanson (Randall) and Kathleen Engelbrecht (Jon); and great-nieces and nephews, Patrick, Brooke, and Norm. His absence will be profoundly felt by many dear friends who shared in his journey.

A dedicated pipefitter for UA Local 13, Plumbers and Pipefitters, Mike's passion extended beyond his work. A fervent supporter of the New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills, he found joy in sports, family, and friendship.

The family welcomes friends to celebrate Mike's life on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 3 to 6 p.m. at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Ave.

In memory of Mike, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a testament to his generous spirit. Mike will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
