Passed away on, October 6, 2025 at the age of 69.
Predeceased by his wife Mary Jane Rowley; his parents Carter and Irene Rowley; and his brother, Tommy Rowley.
He is survived by his children, Michael E. Bauer, Tammi M. (Sheldon Brown) Hughes, and Lori A. (Israel Vega Jr.) Rowley-Vega; grandchildren, Natalie, Michael, Wyllah, Samiya, Samier, Aliyonna, and Israel; siblings, Donnie, and Beverly; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family will receive friends Saturday October 18, 11AM - 12PM, with a service from 12PM - 12:45PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 2636 Ridgeway Avenue. Interment will be held the same day, at 1:15PM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave.
