Predeceased by his parents, Nick and Betty Chudyk; and his brothers, Edward Chudyk and Michael Chudyk.

He is survived by his life partner, Patricia Gaudioso; children, Spencer Chudyk, and Taryn Chudyk; his siblings, Shirley (Richard) Rowland, Elizabeth (Richard) Lobdell, John (Kristine) Chudyk, Robert (Lesa) Chudyk, James Chudyk, and Timothy (Nancy) Chudyk; dear friends, John "Rube" Moncrieff and Patsy Muto; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
